Frank Cortese is a multisport athlete, coach and race director. He is the Owner and Head Coach of Tri-Now endurance. Coach Frank founded Tri-Now to encourage individuals of all levels to make endurance sports and personal fitness a part of their life. Since 2000, he has been sharing his passion and commitment coaching 500+ athletes in their endurance journey spanning from 5K to Ironman World Championship athletes. When not coaching, Frank is busy producing multisport events for Tri-Now and the 501(c)(3) program, Endurance for Food. Frank's favorite part about race development is finding fun and challenging courses. Many racers say: 'If there is a hill on a course, Frank will find it!" He has spent many years in the event world. Some of the many races he has worked are JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes in Asheville, N.C., JDRF in Whitefish, MT, Iron Girl, Tour Dallas and USAT Collegiate Nationals 2005-2007. Aside from Tri-Now races & Endurance for Food fundraising he continues to work as Assistant Race Director at IM 70.3 Buffalo Springs Lake.
