Frank is the head honcho of Punch
Buggy Productions. He is a multisport athlete and
coach. He is the owner & founder of Tri-Now endurance.
Frank has been in the race directing world since 2005.
Some of the many races he has worked are Iron Girl and
JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes in Asheville, N.C. and
Whitefish, MT. Aside from his Punch Buggy races,
he continues to work on USAT Collegiate Nationals and
Tour Dallas. He is the assistant Race Director of
Buffalo Springs Lake 70.3. Frank is also the
Collegiate Chair of the USAT SMW region and is excited
he can to give back to the sport that has given him so
much. His favorite place to train is in Colorado &
wishes he could go more often!
