Frost Yer Fanny 2010 is the Regional Duathlon Championship and, as a result, the high point duathlon for 2010. This race is scheduled for Sunday, February 28 in Katy, Texas as a preparatory race for the Duathlon National Championships to be held in Richmond, Virginia in April, 2010. The April race will be the only qualifier for the 2010 World Championships. Frost Yer Fanny is held the same weekend as the Regional Annual meetings and Awards Banquet. Sign up at packet pickup.
